Refund policy
Due to the nature of our pieces, all orders are custom made.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Orders must be unworn, in brand new condition with all original packaging as shipped. Any orders that appear to be worn or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. All returns must be insured for the full dollar amount and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days of order receipt. All nameplates or customized jewelry are Final Sale.

WARRANTIES & REPAIRS
We stand behind our jewelry and are grateful for your purchase. If something happens to your piece, we are happy to review it on a case by case basis. If it appears that it is a manufacturer defect, we are happy to cover all costs and repair your piece. If it appears to be a normal wear and tear repair due to normal usage, we will provide you with an estimate to repair your item.
